Ollama is seeking a founding Account Executive to join their small, talent-dense team in Palo Alto. In this role, you will work directly with the company's founders to help growing teams succeed with Ollama's product, acting as the voice of the customer internally. You will be responsible for building the sales playbook and CRM process from scratch, partnering with product and engineering on ROI cases, and feeding field signals back into product development. The ideal candidate has experience as an account executive at a developer-tools or open-source company, is comfortable with technical buyers, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
