This individual will lead a team responsible for building secure, isolated compute environments for AI code execution, supporting reinforcement learning, LLM interpreters, and AI agents. The role requires a strong systems engineering background with experience in containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure, along with proficiency in languages like TypeScript, Python, Elixir, Go, or Rust. The successful candidate will drive the team's technical direction, manage project execution, and grow the team from 4 to 8 engineers.
