Rhoda AI is seeking a Staff Mechatronics Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the mechatronic architecture for their UMI data collection platform. This role involves driving the full hardware lifecycle from prototype to mass production, ensuring reliability and performance at scale across global operator sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in bringing mechatronic products to mass production, deep expertise in DFM/DFA, and experience with sensor integration and DVT/PVT programs. This is a critical position for scaling Rhoda AI's generalist intelligent robots.
