Fluidstack is seeking a Construction Contracts Lead to join their Delivery team, focusing on building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. This role involves negotiating and closing large construction contracts (EPC, design-build, GMP) for multi-hundred-megawatt data centers, balancing speed, cost, and risk across concurrent sites. The ideal candidate will also develop contract templates, manage change orders and claims, and quarterback across various internal teams. This is a critical role for someone who can drive velocity and apply first-principles thinking to productize data center construction and scale operations rapidly.
