Genius AI is seeking a People and Talent Operations Lead to build and scale critical People and Talent programs. This role focuses on developing new initiatives in compensation, HR systems, data and reporting, AI enablement, and employee experience, rather than just maintaining existing ones. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR and People Operations experience, with a strong analytical background and proven ability to drive strategic projects and build AI-powered workflows. This is an in-person role based in NYC, reporting to the Senior Manager, People and Talent Operations.
