Our near-term focus is organ-scale reversible cryopreservation: preserving donated organs at subzero temperatures without ice formation, then rewarming them uniformly for transplant. By solving this challenge, we are laying the foundation for whole-body reversible cryopreservation, giving patients a bridge to future cures. To achieve our goal, we are assembling an interdisciplinary team to develop perfusion systems, cryoprotectant formulations, and vitrification and rewarming hardware. About the Role We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented university intern to support both business operations and lab operations through a rotational role. What You'll Do

Internal Operations Support:

Act as a flexible “Swiss army knife” for the operations team, supporting a wide range of business needs as they arise

Assist with outreach, coordination, and scheduling (email follow-ups, calendar management, light research)

Support planning and execution of conferences, recruiting events, and internal events

Assist with documentation, tracking, and light data entry to keep operations running smoothly

Take on ad hoc operational projects and errands to unblock the team

Lab Operations Support:

Assist with day-to-day lab operations errands (receiving packages, restocking supplies, returns, equipment coordination)

Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and deliveries related to lab work (samples, equipment, materials)

Help maintain lab organization and cleanliness standards

Support inventory tracking and basic lab logistics

Assist lab team members with operational setup tasks as needed

Rotational / Learning Component:

Rotate between lab ops and broader operations work based on weekly needs

Gain exposure to how operations supports R&D, people, and company scaling

Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as you ramp

Who You Are

Have a can-do attitude and are happy to roll up your sleeves

Currently enrolled in a university program (undergraduate or master’s)

Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable with hands-on, in-person work and running errands

Able to follow instructions carefully and execute reliably

Comfortable working in a lab environment (training provided)

Interest in biotech, operations, or startups is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
