This role supports Discovery Chemistry efforts across Lila’s platform, bridging early discovery and modern process development through digitally enabled and automation-compatible workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthetic and process chemistry with an engineering mindset, excited by the intersection of chemistry, engineering, and digital experimentation to shape next-generation process chemistry capabilities.
