Fluidstack is seeking a Network Team Lead to spearhead the network engineering team, focusing on building and operating vast networks for frontier AI training. This role involves leading hiring, growth, and delivery across design and operations, owning the network roadmap, and ensuring seamless coordination between design, deployment, and production.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading network engineering organizations through rapid scale, successfully hiring in a competitive market, and effectively balancing roadmap work with operations. You will be instrumental in building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, working on fabrics for 100k+ accelerator clusters and backbones between gigawatt campuses.
