Alpaca is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for their fast-growing API-driven trading brokerage. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights to drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and key SaaS/fintech metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support various key processes including financial forecasting, budgeting, monthly/quarterly closes, and investor communications.
