We are seeking a highly hands-on Manufacturing Specialist to support the operation, stability, and evolution of automated production systems. This role involves operating and troubleshooting production equipment, supporting new hardware introductions, and assisting with development hardware bring-up as products transition from engineering to the factory. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in automated or precision manufacturing, strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, and comfort working with prototype hardware. You will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to stabilize lines, support new builds, and improve process performance.
