In this role, you will educate and guide expecting and new families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, playing a vital role in improving birth outcomes. Candidates should be certified doulas with experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using telehealth platforms. Pomelo Care supports its doulas by handling administrative tasks, client matching, and providing a peer community, allowing them to focus on providing care.
