BackOps is seeking its first in-house Founding Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical recruiting for their rapidly growing engineering and product teams. This high-volume role requires a relentless sourcer and strong closer with 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at early-stage or high-growth startups. The successful candidate will build and run sourcing strategies for high-caliber, passive candidates and represent BackOps authentically to close top technical talent.
