Fluidstack is seeking a Decision Engineering Team Lead to join their Infrastructure Development & Delivery team. This role involves leading a small team of AI Software Engineers to build AI-powered tools and decision systems that enhance productivity in infrastructure development and delivery workflows. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years of team leadership while still coding, and expertise in Go, Python, TypeScript, and LLM APIs. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, owning delivery, growing engineers, and hands-on shipping high-leverage AI tools.
