Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs for their AI infrastructure. This versatile role involves managing delivery with key external customers or driving internal strategic infrastructure and platform programs for Firmus AI Cloud. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Technical Program Management experience, including 4+ years leading large-scale transformation programs, and strong technical fluency across the AI/ML stack. You will translate ambiguity into structured plans, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver maximum value.
