TylSemi is seeking its first US HR & People Operations Manager to build the company's People operations from the ground up during a significant growth phase. This role is for a builder, not a maintainer, who will be instrumental in creating the HR infrastructure, policies, and processes necessary for scaling. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, designing compensation and equity programs, owning employee experience, and ensuring US HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of HR/People Ops experience, including startup and technical recruiting, and a strong background in US employment law and equity program design.
