Pillar is seeking a Head of Compliance to build, operate, and scale its global compliance function as a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). This strategic role involves owning regulatory posture end-to-end, designing frameworks for global expansion, and advising the executive team on product and market entry. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in compliance within commodity trading or derivatives, deep expertise in CFTC and NFA regulations, and a proven ability to build compliance programs from scratch.
