Emergent is seeking a Growth Lead - Retention to take end-to-end ownership of retention and existing-subscriber revenue. This role involves deeply understanding user behavior, diagnosing churn drivers, and developing a multi-year retention strategy. The successful candidate will manage key retention metrics, partner with cross-functional teams to execute experiments, and be accountable for core customer and revenue metrics.
