This role involves partnering with leaders to scale high-performing teams, strengthen leadership practices, and build programs for a rapidly growing, globally distributed organization. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can execute strategically and hands-on, and possesses strong judgment, empathy, and business acumen. You will be responsible for strategic people partnership, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and fostering a positive culture. We are looking for someone with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
