Point2 Technology is seeking a Director of Hardware Platform Design to lead the architecture, design, and execution of advanced hardware packaging platforms from concept through high-volume manufacturing. This role involves owning package architecture, SI/PI, thermal and mechanical reliability, and production test strategy, while also building and leading a multidisciplinary engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. with 10+ years or M.S. with 14+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with expertise in advanced semiconductor packaging and a proven track record of leading complex hardware programs.
