As an early member of the US recruiting team at Mistral AI, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling various organizations from the ground up. You will partner with tech and business hiring managers to find world-changing talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process and shaping the recruitment machinery. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a startup, and expertise in functions like Enterprise GTM, Corporate, Product Engineering/Infrastructure, or Science/Research Engineers. This role requires a self-starter who is result-oriented, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment to attract top talent in competitive markets.
