Aslan is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to build advanced autonomous agents for national security and law enforcement. This role focuses on designing cognitive architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and pushing frontier models beyond their default capabilities through novel post-training and scaffolding. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software/ML engineering experience, hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, and deep familiarity with fine-tuning and extending large language models. You will be instrumental in developing systems that provide significant leverage to operators on the frontlines, operating in high-stakes environments.
