OLIPOP is seeking an R&D Manager, Brand Maintenance & Productivity to lead the technical stewardship, quality, and efficiency of their existing beverage portfolio. This hands-on role involves managing a team of R&D Scientists while driving formula optimization, cost savings, and technical execution of brand maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of product development experience in food and beverage, preferably with carbonated beverages, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work onsite in Burlingame, CA, with some travel.
