Fluidstack is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer, Data Center Design, to define and own the mechanical cooling strategy for their portfolio of AI data centers. This role involves leading the design, development, and execution of 10s to 100s of GWs of data centers, focusing on next-generation liquid cooling and electrical distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in hyperscale data center cooling design, including chilled water systems and direct liquid cooling, and a proven track record of building and leading mechanical engineering teams. You will drive architectural decisions for optimal PUE and WUE, develop modular mechanical assemblies, and manage design delivery from concept through commissioning, contributing to civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
