Panthalassa is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer, Fluids to provide technical leadership for the mechanical design and development of their core technology, the "Node," a device designed for energy production in harsh ocean conditions. This crucial role involves leading the design of all fluid systems within the Nodes and building and managing a team for future iterations. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with extensive design and analysis experience, a practical builder, and a skilled leader passionate about developing others. This position requires a strong background in fluid systems design, 3D CAD modeling, and experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
