This Executive – MIS & Quality Control role in South Delhi focuses on managing the analytical aspects of the quality department. The successful candidate will be responsible for data collection, sensory evaluation, and overseeing laboratory testing to ensure product consistency. Key responsibilities include managing the Quality MIS, conducting sensory and lab testing, assisting the QA team, and providing trend analysis on raw material and finished goods quality. We are looking for someone with a B.Tech/M.Sc or Diploma in Food Technology, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel/data tools.
