As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Chainguard, you will be the primary post-sales contact for Enterprise customers, leading engagements from onboarding through adoption. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes, driving adoption, and delivering time-to-value. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise settings, strong domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security or DevSecOps, and an entrepreneurial mindset to proactively manage a customer portfolio with high autonomy. You will act as a customer advocate, manage issues, provide product expertise, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities.
