Fractile is seeking a DFT Engineer to join their team in Bristol, focusing on implementing DFT for a large, multi-core AI accelerator ASIC. This role involves working on scan, ATPG, and memory test to contribute to a robust and scalable test solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in DFT, digital design, or related ASIC development, with a strong understanding of digital test concepts and familiarity with mainstream EDA tools. You will be part of a fast-growing team, developing expertise in advanced SoC design and supporting silicon bring-up and test analysis.
