Director Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical – Power Conversion
Valar AtomicsValar Atomics is seeking a Director of Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical (IC&E) for Power Conversion to lead the full IC&E architecture for their HTGR power conversion system. This role requires a hands-on technical expert in turbomachinery dynamics, high-speed generator control, and test system instrumentation, as well as a leader capable of building and developing the IC&E organization. The successful candidate will own the IC&E design from early R&D through test facility construction, commissioning, and integrated plant operation. Candidates with 15+ years of experience in relevant fields like oil & gas, aerospace propulsion, or power generation are strongly preferred to help scale transformative energy technology.
