Stord is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations, including inbound, outbound, B2C, B2B, and returns. This role requires a leader of leaders with strong communication skills, responsible for managing inventory accuracy, maintaining KPIs, budgeting, and developing a team of Area Managers and associates. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment, leading large teams, and working with WMS in a large facility.
