Hermeus is seeking a Spike Inlet Mechanisms Build Engineer to lead the build, integration, and test of supersonic spike inlet mechanisms and mechanical subsystems for high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft. This role requires bridging design, manufacturing, and test to ensure hardware is manufacturable, reliable, and performant. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, hands-on experience with mechanical assemblies and welding, and familiarity with CAD software. You will work in a fast-paced development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid hardware iterations.
