Fora is seeking a Credit Control Supervisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead collections across a complex, fast-paced customer book. This hands-on leadership role involves protecting cash, reducing aged debt, and building strong client relationships within a multi-site portfolio. The successful candidate will lead a small team, manage month-end activities, handle escalations, and drive process improvements, moving beyond routine tasks into complex cases and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with proven Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment, strong analytical skills, and a commercial mindset.
