Faire is seeking an experienced Trust & Safety (T&S) Strategy Lead to protect the integrity of its marketplace and community. This foundational role involves owning the strategy and execution for platform safety, building and scaling enforcement programs, and setting the strategic direction for T&S as Faire grows. The ideal candidate will be a senior individual contributor, leveraging data to drive strategic initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Legal.
