Kandou is seeking experienced Physical Design Engineers to join their team in Hyderabad or Bangalore, focusing on redefining AI infrastructure with their proprietary MIMO-over-copper technology. In this role, you will be responsible for the full RTL to GDS implementation flow, including timing closure, physical verification, and supporting IP and chip-level integration. Candidates should have 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, with at least 5 years in a digital Physical Design technical leadership role, and expertise in modern process technologies and EDA tools. You will work closely with architecture, RTL, and DFT teams to ensure first-time-right high-volume silicon production.
