This role involves acting as a senior strategic partner to business leaders and HRBP leadership, owning compensation programs for complex client groups, and operating with significant autonomy. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of global compensation experience, deep expertise in U.S. and international compensation regulations, and a proven ability to advise senior stakeholders on high-stakes compensation decisions. You will be instrumental in driving an AI-first approach to compensation data products and building international compensation strategies.
