Hermeus is seeking a hands-on Welding Manufacturing Engineer to enable rapid development and integration of advanced hardware for high-speed aircraft. This critical role involves developing and optimizing weld processes, fixtures, and joint designs from early concepts to flight-ready hardware. The engineer will support R&D and production builds, lead root cause investigations, and collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and test teams to bring complex systems to reality. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with welded aerospace assemblies are required, with a preference for a Master's in Welding Engineering and hands-on experience with various alloys and welding techniques.
