This leader will own the strategy, direction, and execution of Scale’s Policy Research Lab, collaborating with internal and external partners across government, industry, and academia. The role involves driving initiatives related to frameworks and benchmarks for frontier AI models, managing projects and partnerships, and engaging deeply with policy and research communities. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of relevant experience, a strong background in AI safety policy, and established connections with government partners.
