Buildots is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to transition AI experimentation into a core capability across their Go-To-Market teams. This hands-on role involves identifying high-value opportunities, building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agents, and establishing production foundations for safe operation. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience, strong engineering skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs and agents, coupled with a commercial curiosity to measure business impact. You will define how an AI-native GTM organization operates, working across Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
