NinjaOne is seeking a German-speaking Channel Customer Success Manager to join their growing EMEA team in Berlin. This role involves owning the post-sales success of a portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors, ensuring they are enabled, active, and growing their NinjaOne practice. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a channel-facing post-sales role within a SaaS or technology company, a deep understanding of the indirect channel model, and be fluent in both English and German. Regular travel across the UK to meet partners and build relationships is a core component of this position.
