Tsuga is seeking a specialized Backend & Database Engineer to join their "cluster team" of senior engineers, focusing on the core observability part of their product. This role involves designing, building, and operating distributed backend systems in Rust, developing scalable data ingestion pipelines, and optimizing high-performance columnar storage. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with DataFusion, data processing at scale, Rust or C++, and Kubernetes, and will manage and orchestrate Kubernetes-based clusters in various cloud environments.
