Unframe is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and optimize the systems powering their go-to-market motion and enterprise sales execution. This role involves designing and implementing automation, tooling, and data infrastructure to create repeatable pipeline and enhance sales team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar GTM Engineering role, with a strong background in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and building outbound/pipeline automation. You'll work closely with sales leadership, enablement, and marketing to scale outbound efforts and remove friction for AEs and SDRs.
