River AI is seeking an exceptional Hardware Performance Engineer to architect, model, and correlate high-performance custom silicon for personal AI. This role involves developing high-fidelity simulators to predict AI accelerator and SoC system performance with real-world AI models. You will own performance models, ISA and kernel optimization, and FPGA emulators, collaborating across the stack with software and RTL design teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, expert proficiency in C/C++ or SystemC, and deep knowledge of computer architecture and compiler interactions.
