Defense Unicorns is seeking a Mission Director - Cyber to be a quota-carrying, full-lifecycle business owner responsible for identifying, shaping, closing, and executing new business within the Cyber domain. This role involves building trusted relationships with customers, defining and shaping solutions using Defense Unicorns products, and leading opportunities from discovery through contract award and execution. The ideal candidate will have broad ownership, managing contracts, leading teams, and growing the portfolio, with an active Secret clearance required. This position is for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can personally drive critical work while building and leading teams to scale.
