Black Forest Labs is seeking a Staff/Senior IC Member of Technical Staff specializing in Vision-Language Models (VLM) to integrate novel VLM approaches directly into their advanced generative system, FLUX. This role involves pioneering the development and training of state-of-the-art multimodal VLMs, innovating on architectures, and designing fine-tuning strategies for creative use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of pretraining or significantly advancing VLMs that have been deployed in production or released publicly, coupled with a deep understanding of vision and language representations.
