As a Professional Services Engagement Manager at Harness, you will be a critical bridge between sales, professional services, and delivery teams, helping customers accelerate their software delivery transformation. You will leverage technical expertise and business acumen to design and position service solutions that maximize the value of the Harness platform. This role involves leading scoping sessions, developing proposals, and ensuring successful execution of engagements, while also driving Professional Services bookings and acting as a trusted advisor to account teams. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in technical sales or professional services within the software delivery ecosystem, with a strong understanding of modern DevOps practices.
