Skan AI is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to act as an Apache Flink ETL Lead, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering real-time data pipeline infrastructure. This role involves leading efforts to synchronize data from PostgreSQL to StarRocks using Apache Flink's CDC and streaming capabilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in development, provide technical leadership, and drive best practices across the engineering organization. We are looking for an experienced individual contributor with 5+ years in data engineering, including 2+ years of production experience with Apache Flink, and strong proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
