This role requires a strong understanding of composite materials, custom tooling, and hands-on manufacturing techniques. The ideal candidate will interpret engineering concepts, build tooling, and support composite builds from start to finish. You will be responsible for various fabrication techniques, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring quality and traceability in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 3+ years of composite fabrication experience, preferably in aerospace, and proficiency with hand layup and vacuum bagging.
