Mythic is seeking a Sr DFT Engineer to implement and own all aspects of DFT features, including MBIST, IJTAG, Scan, and ATPG, for sub-system-level blocks within their SoCs. This role involves contributing to methodology development for DFT flows and participating in every phase of the design cycle from concept to silicon. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of industry experience in DFT methodologies and SoC-level DFT integration, with a strong understanding of various DFT strategies. This is a unique opportunity to work on novel chip architecture, learn about deep neural networks, and collaborate with multiple design teams.
