As a Forward Deployed AI Engineering Manager at Scale AI, you will serve as the technical bridge between Scale AI's advanced AI capabilities and strategic enterprise customers. This management role combines deep engineering and AI expertise with customer-facing problem-solving, leading a team to architect and deploy AI solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer challenges, designing custom integrations, developing production-grade AI agents, and implementing sophisticated prompt engineering strategies.
