Loop is seeking an Implementation Manager to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience for its modern audit and pay platform. This role involves deep discovery of client needs, configuring Loop's system, and project managing implementations from kick-off through post-launch hypercare. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in supply chain/logistics technology or project/account management within the logistics industry. They will collaborate across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, supporting implementations both onsite and virtually to meet internal and external timelines.
