As a Spécialiste Support Pilotage et Comptabilité at Pennylane, you will be a key expert and central point of contact for clients using our financial and accounting management software. You will provide support, investigate issues, and offer solutions to clients and their accountants, ensuring their successful migration and optimal use of Pennylane. This role involves continuous learning, collaboration with internal teams, and the opportunity to contribute to product improvement and client autonomy. We are looking for someone with a strong accounting background and at least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, eager to work with innovative tools in a fast-growing FinTech environment.
